干混砂浆原材料特性和计量称重混合系统设计要求

干混砂浆是按照配方由许许多多不同组分材料的混合物,其组分材料的化学和物理性能(特别是流动性,磨损性).颗粒大小以及形状可能完全不同.这些往往是给生产工程中的进料,料仓的下料,计量,输送,混合,包装等带来干扰.针对这些不同组分的散体材料的特性和实际生产要求,其计量称重和混合系统应采用相应的合理设计,从而提高系统的精度和可靠性.本文就常用干粉砂浆组分材料的特性来阐述其对于计量称重及混合系统的要求和对其计量精度和混合均匀度的统计描述和检测.
Dry mortar is a mixture made of different kind of bulk materials according certain recipes, the properties such as flow ability, abrasives, particle size and shape maybe totally different. These different properties can influence the production process like material feeding, silo discharging, dosing, weighing, conveying, mixing, packaging etc. According to the different bulk materials and it’s final product requirements the dosing and mixing system have to be designed accordingly, in order to increase the reliability and the precision of the systems. Herewith the requirement and performance by using statistical measurement of dosing and mixing systems will be described.
