很久以前,我们做第一代异构体聚合物工程应用适配时,有客户让我们帮助开发了一些有防水、防潮功能的保温砂浆,性能同等条件下也优于市售的各种乳液、胶粉和防水、憎水剂什么的,稳定性还不错,使用成本也低,但后来就没有什么太大的量,我们做材料的,对市场应用不太擅长,当时也没有仔细了解客户除屋面、外墙以外的其他实际用途,但最近好像因为老旧小区改造,突然感觉需求量变大了,想问下论坛各位高手,除了老旧建筑改造,还有那些地方用量比较大。有兴趣了也可私我详聊,谢谢了!
特点大致是:

1、吸水率低,保温性能保持性好。
2、强度高,稳定性好,基本不会层下窜水,可提高建筑防水系统工作寿命
3、防火性能好

导热系数、容重、强度等这些指标,是需要根据使用的热绝缘填料和胶材等基础配比关联,才能给出相对准确的数值,各家产品都有一定的差异,所以我们只能是讲在条件基本相同的情况下,比使用大厂的憎水胶粉体系或传统胶粉+高档憎水剂体系,有性能和成本上的相对优势,一般单纯的量化数值,需要保温砂浆生产厂家根据自身基础用料配比,做出的测试数据才有些实际意义。另外使用同类产品做出的比较性测试可能更说明问题。
比如有客户用我们异构体聚合物和胶材、细砂等基础材料做不吸水陶粒填料,同等基础条件下,像容重这些基础指标没啥变化,但吸水率,抗压强度等就比使用传统胶粉+憎水剂体系,有10-20%的性能优势,
更有甚者还用这个异构体聚合物做的聚苯颗粒保温砂浆,只在混凝土屋面基础上做保温,最后做一遍细石混凝土保护层,不做其他防水了事的,虽然说反馈效果和耐久性都不错,但我们是不敢这样推荐的。

强度有多少、密度有多少
上边图片中的产品配比是根据客户需求调配的,密度在1.05-1.1,强度在5MPa左右。
以每吨保温砂浆同样添加15公斤的异构体聚合物和瓦克8034H三元共聚胶粉,其他基础条件相同为例,二者性能相当,其中抗压、抗折强度异构体聚合物略高,柔性略差。
各类性能也优于每吨砂浆添加15公斤瓦克328+2公斤道康宁或瓦克等品牌憎水剂的产品,应用成本比这个328胶粉加憎水剂体系,按照现在价格水平,每吨能降低50元左右吧。

你这个量,就是普通胶粉也能基本满足984的I型了, 防水砂浆嘛,怼多点胶粉,加点憎水剂就能满足要求了,防水、抗渗、防火,聚合物防水砂浆基本都可以满足了

另需向你请教下,什么品牌的普通胶粉这个量能达到984I型标准,瓦克328、5010/5044我做为参照系测试过很多次,这个量不行,我们最多给客户介绍时将,每吨聚合物防水砂浆,添加异构体聚合物TJT-1 10KG,能现场比较可靠的通过迎水面和背水面闭水测试
