摘 要: 在普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆中加入水性环氧树脂乳液制咸水性环氧树脂乳液改性水泥砂浆,测试其拌和物性
能,并对各乳液掺量下不同养护务件对改性砂浆性能的影响进行了研究。实验表明,所选乳液具有减水效果。同时.由
于乳液掺入后的引气等作用,改性砂浆的密度降低.且凝结时间缩短,但减小的趋势非单调递减。另外,改性砂浆早期
力学强度与相应素水泥砂浆相比均有一定程度的下降,但后期强度增长较快。文章中还分析了改性砂浆的养护条件.
提出了不同掺量下改性砂浆的最佳养护制度。

Abstract: Waterborne epoxy resin emulsion modified cement mortar was prepared by mixing waterborne epoxy
resin emulsion into ordinary Portland cement mortar.The properties of the mixed mortar have been tested.Under
different curing condition,the influence of emulsion addition tO modified mortar’S behavior has been investigated.Ex_
perimental results indicated that the emulsion can reduce mixing water.M eanwhile,because of the air entraining
function by adding emulsion,modified mortar’S density reduced and its setting time shortened.but the reduction ten—
dency was not monotone.What’S more.comparing tO cement mortar.modified mortar’s early mechanical strength
decreased tO some extent,but its later strength increased.In this paper,the curing regime of modified mortar was al—
SO analysed and the optimal curing regime in varying emulsion additions was advised.

聚合物改性水泥砂浆的力学性能受到很多因素
的影响,且许多因素往往相互关联。其中,除水泥与
聚合物的种类和性能、配合比(聚灰比、水灰比、胶砂
比)外,养护方法也是十分重要的一个因素。不同种
类的聚合物不仅改性效果各异,与之相匹配的养护
方法也不尽相同。因此,对一种新型的聚合物改性水
泥砂浆进行试验研究,在考察其改性效果的同时,还
应考察养护方法的匹配。文章对新拌乳液改性砂浆
的性能进行测试,分析各性能参数随乳液掺量的变
化趋势,并着重探讨了改性砂浆在乳液掺量不同时
养护条件对其性能的影响及养护制度的作用机理。
