摘要:

分析瓷砖饰而外墙渗水的原因，介绍了采用瓷砖粘结剂和憎水型瓷砖填缝剂在设计和施上阶段预防新建建筑物出现外墙渗漏的方法
对于已经山现渗漏的旧有建筑物，介绍了采用基于硅烷和硅氧烷的长效达巧午以上的有机硅外墙防水剂来进行维护及其产品的发展历程

Abstraet:
Iteasons causing water penetration on facade decorated with caramic tiles arc analysed. Measures of using caramic tile adhesives and hydrophobia tile grout arc introduced to prevent new building from water attack.Silana and siloaana based silicone water repellent products, which can last as long as over fifteen years, arc introduced for the repair and maintenan cc of old buildings with facade water leakage problems
