试验方法对保温砂浆及系统的测试结果影响

摘要:本文在讨论了现行建筑节能相关标准中涉及的试验养护方式及试验方法的不一致性和不适用性的基础上,通过试验研究阐明了养护方式对无机轻集料保温砂浆强度及抗裂砂浆压折比的影响规律;考察了搅拌时间对保温砂浆性能以及测试温度对保温砂浆导热系数的影响。提出了抗冻试验和保温系统水蒸汽湿流密度试验的不合理性和改进方法。

The Effect of the Testing Method on the Experimental Result of the Thermal Insulation Mortar and System

Abstract: The paper discussed discordance and unsuitability about maintenance way and test condition of the samples in the current architecture and energy saving standards. The relation of maintenance way on the strength of inorganic light-weight aggregate insulating mortar and ratio of the pressure-fold on anti-crack mortar were studied in detail. And the effect of mixing time on properties of thermal insulation mortar and the effect of testing temperature on thermal conductivity were investigated. Moreover, irrationality of frost-thawing test and water vapour transmission test in the current standards were put forward, and the ameliorated method was give.
