蛋白质型混凝土发泡剂的研究

[摘要]以牛蹄角为原料,添加一定量的Ca(OH):和NaHSO,在适宜的温度和时间条件下,合成出性能优良的蛋白质型混凝土发泡剂。以此发泡剂为母液,稀释到一定浓度,添加表面活性物质进行复配研究,考察其对发泡剂母液的发泡和稳泡性能的改性效果。实验结果表明,对原有蛋白质发泡剂生产工艺的改进相对提高了其发泡稳泡性能,进行复配后效果尤其显著,泡沫性能得到大幅度提高。添加的几种物质对发泡剂的泡沫性能均有不同程度的改善作用,其中十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠和明胶的改善作用最明显。适宜的复配方案:发泡剂母液用量为50mL,浓度为20%,明胶:0.059,十二烷基硫酸钠:0.45g,十二烷基苯磺酸钠:0.1g。以此方法制得的发泡剂性能为:起泡比44.8,沉降距4mm,泌液量2.4ml。

Study of Protein-concrete Foaming Agent
[Abstract]A kind of exceHent protein-concrete foaming agent is got with some cattle’s unguis and houns and Ca(OH)2 and NaHS03 in the condition of the proper temperature and time. And some surface active agents are added into the protein—concrete foaming agent, to observe and study the changes of its performance. Testing results show that the performance of foam is improved with the new technology
especially after complexing, that addition of these additives Call improve to different extents the foam performance of the agent. Sodim dodecylbenzene sulfonate. sodium dodecylsulfate and gelation are very effective. An appropriate complex program: foaming agent concentration of 20% is 50mL;
Sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate is 0.1g; sodium dodeeylsulfate is 0.45g; gelation is 0.05g. Foam performance of this agent: the ratio of bubbles is 44.8, the distance of settlement is 4mm, and the volume of bleeding liquid is 2.4mL.
