摘要
JG 149-2004《膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统》标准中以砂浆的压折比来衡量砂浆的柔性。很多人认为砂浆中所用聚合物的Tg 值对压折比有着很大的影响,甚至认为是决定性的,认为Tg 值越低,压折比越小,砂浆的柔性越好1。但是我们的实验数据证明,在所测试的含有不同Tg 值(-7℃-9℃)聚合物的砂浆中,压折比和Tg 值没有相关性。

Abstract
In JG 149-2004 《External thermal insulation composite systems based on expanded polystyrene》 , the compressive and flexural strength rate means the flexility of mortar. A lot of people think that the polymer’s Tg value affects the rate largely . The value is lower, the rate is smaller, and the flexility is better1. But our experiment shows that the compressive and flexural strength rate and
Tg value have no relation in test Tg value(-7℃-9℃) range.
