为改善夏热冬冷地区(亚热带)建筑热环境,实现该地区建筑的节能目标,降低节能费用,推动《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》(JGJ134-2001 )的实施,本文开展了下列研究工作:
探讨了夏热冬冷地区的气候特征和建筑结构的热传递机理。根据热传导的非稳态过程分析方法,从建筑围护结构的热传导和蓄热这两个方面,分析该地区建筑围护结构的传热特性,并提出准确计算建筑热负荷的工程设计计算方法。
优化了夏热冬冷地区的建筑墙体绝热设计方案,并试验研究其运行特性。结果表明:在该地区采用新型高效绝热材料进行内保温,建筑围护结构的热传导和蓄热强度将大幅度减少,且室内升温快,从而节约能耗费用。
针对夏热冬冷地区的建筑墙体、工业管道和设备,开发了一种主要由纤维型绝热材料和多孔型绝热材料复合成的新型保温材料。
利用新研制的绝热材料,将本文提出的绝热设计方案对建筑内表面结构设计进行了工程应用,取得较好的效果:该设计可以使围护结构的热阻提高一倍,使建筑围护结构材料蓄热量减少60%,并可实现建筑节能50%的目标,显著地改善室内热环境。

ABSTRACT
In order to improve the quality of thermal environment and also to reduce ergy cost of the building in hot summer and cold winter (HSCW) area in our country, the following studies have conducted in the present paper.
Climate characteristic and heat transfer mechanism in HSCW area have been studied.According to the transient heat-transfer principle, a new method was roposed to calculate the heatload of the building in this area.
The method used to design building's insulation structure in the area has been optimized. theexperiment of heat transfer was made. It shows that if a new and high efficiency insulation materialis adopted in the building, the heat transfer and accumulation of heat of building will reduce greatly,and the indoor temperature will raise rapidly. So it has the effect to save energy expense.
A new coupled adiabatic material that is made of fibre and lacunaris was developed. This material can be used to make the building wall, industrial pipeline and other fixture in HSCW area.
By using the method proposed by this paper to design insulating structure design, a new insulation material has been used to construct the inner surface of building indoors, and satisfactory effect has been achieved. The thermal resistance can be increased, and thermal accumulation can be decreased by 60%, results in cohich the object of saving 50% building energy. So the thermal environment in indoor environment can be improved remarkably.
