硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系的试验研究

摘要
研究了不同比例的硅酸盐、硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系的凝结时间、水泥砂浆的强度性能 ,并对一定混合比例的OPC - SAC水泥进行了XRD、SEM和水化量热测试。结果表明,硅酸盐水泥与硫铝酸盐水泥混合,SAC中的C4A3S矿物与OPC中的C3S矿物在共同水化过程中有相互促进的作用,会使混合水泥水化和凝结加速;混合水泥的强度性能与两种水泥的混合比例有关。
本研究可对硅酸盐-硫铝酸盐水泥混合体系的应用提供借鉴。

Experimental Study on the Properties of OPC - SAC Mixed Cement

Abstract : In t his paper t he effect s of Portland cement’s co ntent s o n O PC - SAC mixed cement’s p roperties were studied. And he morphology of hydration product s and the micro structure of hardened paste of mixed binder composed of Portland cement and sulfo- luminate cement were investigated by SEM ,XRD. A conduction calorimeter was used to mo nito r hydratio n of mixed cement . The result s indicate t hat t he mixing of O PC and SAC will quicken t he hydration of mixed cement . The C4A3S in SAC and t he C3S in OPC will accelerate each other hydration ,the mixed cement hydration was accelerated and heat flow was advanced , but t he whole heat of hydration at 48 hour was reduced ; the strengt h of mixed cement is related to the ratio s of t wo types of cement .This study is helpful to t he application of OPC - SAC mixed cement
