摘要
为保证管片质量的条件下进一步优化地铁盾构管片生产工艺,提高管片生产效率,研究了掺VIVID 早强型聚羧酸减水剂的管片混凝土的水灰比、坍落度、含气量及蒸养时间对管片生产的影响,结果表明:水灰比降低至0.28~0.31,坍落度控制在30~70 mm,可以缩短混凝土静停预蒸养时间至1 h 左右;含气量增加会降低混凝土强度,并影响管片外观质量;管片蒸养时间可由4.5 h 缩短至3.5 h

Abstract: To optimize subway shield segment porduction process and improve segment production efficiency,VIVID Polycarbonate Superplasticiazer
is used while ensuring the quality of segment.Some variation effecting on segment production is studied, such as water to cement ratio
(W/C), slump, and air content etc.The results show that segment concrete presteamed time is shorted to 1 h when W/C maintains in 0.28~0.31 and
slump is controlled in 30~70 mm.Increasing air content would decrease concrete compressive strength,and make segment looks ugly.The steamed
time of segment concrete with VIVID would be reduced from 4.5 h to 3.5 h.
